About these terms.
These terms apply when you use sleepset.co.uk or purchase a Sleep Snapshot from SleepSet. SleepSet provides personalised, educational sleep guidance to adults aged 18 or over in the UK. Contact us at sleepsetz@outlook.com or 07344 367828. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Ordering, payment and delivery.
A Sleep Snapshot costs £30. Payment is taken through the payment options shown at checkout. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation. To receive the service, you must email your completed sleep diary and questionnaire to sleepsetz@outlook.com with your full name, booking reference and the consent wording shown on the service page. We aim to email your personalised Sleep Snapshot within 3 working days after receiving the completed documents and required consent. If information is missing, unclear or delayed, delivery may take longer. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for checking that we have received your documents. SleepSet will perform the service with reasonable care and skill. The Sleep Snapshot is educational guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment, and results are not guaranteed. Contact your GP or an appropriate healthcare professional about persistent or worsening symptoms, severe daytime sleepiness, or waking gasping or choking.
Cancellation, refunds and legal rights
CANCELLATION
You normally have 14 days from the contract date to cancel by emailing sleepsetz@outlook.com. If you ask SleepSet to begin during that period, you agree to pay a reasonable amount for work completed before cancellation. Once the personalised service is fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right ends. Any refund due will be made within 14 days.
QUALITY AND PROBLEMS
Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights are not restricted. If the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or does not match what was agreed, contact us so we can put matters right, repeat relevant work where appropriate, or provide any refund required by law.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Do not send another person’s information without authority or misuse the website. SleepSet reports and website content may not be commercially reused without permission. Your report is for personal use.
LIABILITY
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, SleepSet is not responsible for unforeseeable or business losses, inaccurate information, email failure, events outside reasonable control, or failure to seek appropriate medical advice.
CHANGES, COMPLAINTS AND LAW
The version applying to your order is the version in force when you purchase. Email complaints to sleepsetz@outlook.com; we aim to respond within 10 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory UK consumer protections.
